But one listener who mistakenly typed in the address as thinkyouknow.co.uk found one series of links led her to porn sites. Without meaning to, the Home Office advert indirectly publicised adult material and sexual services, the Advertising Standards Authority said. It added: "Although we recognised that there was no intention, we considered that one significant effect of the ad had been to indirectly publicise services which were unacceptable for broadcast: namely restricted adult material and other sexual services." ... |
